Conference Participant Guidelines
For sessions with multiple speakers, we encourage that at least two participants with designated roles are APA members. All session participants (including moderators and speakers) must register for the conference by March 4, 2020.
Nonmember speakers who wish to participate in their session only at no charge may do so by taking advantage of the guest registration option. The guest registration does not allow the speaker to attend any other portion of the conference and you may not purchase tickets to events if you choose this option. Guest registration is not available to APA members.
As a professional courtesy, speakers are encouraged to speak in no more than two education events (sessions, mobile workshops, etc.)
All speakers must pre-load their PowerPoint files using the conference portal or on site in the Speaker Ready room. You will not be permitted to load your presentation directly on the computer located in your session room.
