REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Request for Proposals — Livable Centers Initiative Investment Policy Studies (LCI)

The City of Hapeville (the City) invites interested firms or qualified individuals to submit written proposals for the Livable Centers Initiative Investment Policy Studies for the Wayfinding and Virginia Avenue Roundabout Study and Demonstration Project.

If interested in this opportunity, 12 printed copies of the proposal (1 original, 11 copies) must be received. Proposals MUST be clearly marked "LCI Policy Studies" and addressed as follows: City of Hapeville, Attn: Planning & Development Coordinator, City of Hapeville, 3468 N Fulton Avenue, Hapeville, GA 30354. Emailed responses or other forms of electronic communication and other responses to this Request for Proposals will NOT be accepted. The contract is contingent upon receipt of funding. Deadline for bid proposals will be Monday, June 18, 2018 at 5:00 PM local time.

Questions can be forwarded via email to planner@hapeville.org. Responses to questions received before June 4, 2018 will be posted on the City of Hapeville's website. Complete RFP packages are available at Hapeville City Hall from 8am to 5pm, Monday–Friday or can be downloaded from the city's website at www.hapeville.org.
