The City of Evans (City) is requesting proposals from qualified vendors for consulting services to prepare the City of Evans’ Multimodal Transportation Plan as further specified in this document.

Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) submission shall be made through a City-created SharePoint site. SOQs shall be submitted in PDF format and uploaded before Noon (City time-zone) on June 16, 2020. We look forward to receiving your proposal.
