The consultant awarded this contract will have the primary responsibility of developing the Manor 2050 Comprehensive Plan document ("Comprehensive Plan" or "Plan") and will work in coordination with the City of Manor's Development Services Department, City Engineer, Public Works Department, and others as needed. The City does not currently have an adopted comprehensive plan.
The Scope of the Plan includes 9 study areas: Infrastructure; Traffic/Transportation; Current and Future Land Use; 290 Corridor Plan, TOD Overlay Plan and Historic Overlay Plan; Facilities; Parks, Trails and Open Space; Economic Development and Downtown Revitalization Plan; Sustainability; and Branding.

Release of RFP to Vendors: September 8, 2020
Advertisement Dates: September 8–October 9, 2020
Deadline for Questions and Inquires: October 9, 2020 at 5:00 p.m C.S.T
Proposal Submission Deadline: October 23, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. C.S.T
Oral Interviews (if advanced): November 2–6, 2020
Earliest Award by City: November 18, 2020
