TOWN OF NORTH ELBA AND VILLAGE OF LAKE PLACID SEEKING BIDS FOR A CONTRACTOR TO REVISE THE 2011 LAND USE CODE.

The Town of North Elba and the Village of Lake Placid are seeking proposals from qualified consultants to assist the Town and Village with updating the Village of Lake Placid/Town of North Elba Land Use Code. The Project will address several issues and concerns that have evolved in the community since the code's adoption in 2011 and incorporate a short-term rental amendment adopted in early 2020.

The Request for a Proposal will be posted on the Town of North Elba Website (http://www.northelba.org ) starting October 15, 2020.
