RFP 21-DS-008

The City of Rio Rancho (City), New Mexico, is requesting proposals from professional urban planning firms with demonstrated experience in municipal code revision, and, specifically, with sign code revision, in order to conduct an update to the Rio Rancho Sign Code, Chapter 156 of the Rio Rancho Municipal Code.
