The Town of Topsham, Maine is requesting proposals from consulting individuals, firms, and teams for the re-coding of the commercial and mixed-use zoning districts within the community. The Town's recently-adopted Comprehensive Plan sets a vision for an urban, multi-use character within these areas, using form based coding as a tool for implementation.

Prospective respondents are encouraged to review the RFP and submit any clarifying questions to planning@topshammaine.com by February 3, 2021; proposals must be submitted by February 25, 2021 for consideration.
