NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Germantown, Columbia County, NY hereby issues a Request for Proposals from consultants for technical and professional services to assist the Town in the comprehensive review and update of the Zoning and Subdivision Law for the Town of Germantown.

Proposals will be received at the address listed below until 10 a.m. local time on June 30, 2022 at which time they will be publicly opened and read. Proposals not physically received by the Town at 10 a.m. on June 30, 2022 will not be considered.

All proposals must be submitted in a sealed package to:

No proposal shall be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the proposal opening date without the consent of the Town.

The Request for Proposals may be examined online at nyscr.ny.gov and www.germantownny.org.
