Presented in partnership with the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy

An expert panel will review land value capture as a tool for municipal infrastructure finance. Learn what land value capture is, understand how states and localities leverage select land value capture instruments, and hear examples of effective use of land value capture tools.

The panel will highlight emerging policies with an eye to providing strategies and success stories that will assist local leaders who are considering similar techniques. The forum will share innovations — and the pragmatic nuts and bolts needed to make them happen — by emphasizing state and local policy changes that are enabling effective approaches to land value capture.
