Overview

This webinar will highlight community engagement best practices from the Denver region.  Attendees will learn about in-person and online techniques used by local and regional governments designed to increase and sustain public participation. Presentations will focus on engagement strategies for comprehensive, strategic and regional planning and provide insight into strategies used to improve communication between local governments and the public when developing and implementing plans.

Learning Objectives:

1. Learn about strategies to engage and inform the public about planning initiatives

2. Hear about engagement and participation trends in the Denver region

 

3. Discover how to improve communication with residents from early planning stages through plan implementation
