Through these laws, states delegate power to local governments to prepare comprehensive plans and adopt zoning and other land-use and development regulations. This new Research KnowledgeBase collection, Planning and Zoning Enabling Laws, offers resources background on planning and zoning enabling laws and links to the core planning and zoning statutes for each state.

Funding opportunity: Improving social determinants of health
