The bipartisan Housing Supply and Affordability Act would create a new grant program that could empower planners to address the nation's housing needs. Planners have the opportunity to demonstrate leadership in expanding the nation's housing supply, addressing affordability, and tackling social equity challenges. APA has been working to advance federal incentives and assistance for code and zoning reform throughout the year. You can help build support and momentum for action from Congress this month.
