The Community Development Resource Agency (CDRA) is accepting applications to fill one Supervising Community Development Technician vacancy. This position is located in Auburn, CA and is responsible for supervising CDRA's Permit Center staff and overseeing all activities and services associated with the intake, processing, and issuance of building permits. This position requires a working knowledge of Engineering and Surveying Division and Planning Division permit types. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with the public, internal staff, and external agencies, and will place emphasis on delivering high quality customer service interactions.

Experience: Four years of increasingly responsible experience performing duties comparable to those performed by an Associate Community Development Technician with Placer County with one year of lead experience.

Training: Equivalent to 60 semester units of college coursework.
