Scenario Planning

This report presents five possible future scenarios for Greater Philadelphia. The scenarios are titled Enduring Urbanism, the Free Agent Economy, Severe Climate, Transportation on Demand, and the U.S. Energy Boom. Each scenario includes assumptions, challenges, and regional priority actions.
