She shared insights into Montgomery County's housing market, trends and housing demand, and the changing economic landscape. Kasbeka explored MHP's approach to addressing these issues through real estate initiatives, resident services, and neighborhood-wide interventions.

Praj Kasbekar is a senior project manager at Montgomery Housing Partnership Inc. (MHP), a private, nonprofit housing developer that acquires, rehabilitates, builds, and manages quality affordable housing in Montgomery County, Maryland, and revitalizes distressed neighborhoods. As senior project manager, Kasbekar handles acquisitions, financing, and development of multi-family buildings. Kasbekar received her Master of Regional Planning degree from Cornell University, and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Pune, in India.
