Halff is an employee-owned Texas corporation founded in 1950 by Albert H. Halff, PhD-Eng., PE. The firm provides services throughout the Southwest and Southeast from 32 offices in Arkansas, Florida, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Texas.

The firm’s staff of more than 1,400 includes engineers, planners, scientists and surveyors. As one of the nation’s leading planning and engineering consulting firms, we preserve Dr. Halff’s legacy of integrity, dedication to client service and commitment to quality.
