The City of Thornton is undertaking a 10-year major rewrite of the Comprehensive Plan. The planning process will comprise two interrelated phases, the visioning process and the plan document rewrite. The city is seeking a technical planning consultant to help with the plan rewrite. Additional consultants are being hired seperately by the city for the facilitation and outreach components of the planning process. The detailed scope of work is included in the RFP.
