The Delaware State Housing Authority (DSHA), three local jurisdictions, and five public housing agencies (PHA) are collaborating to conduct a new Statewide Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice, or AI. This study will serve as a cornerstone in developing strategies, program and policies to promote access to opportunity, improve quality of life and help DSHA, local jurisdictions and PHAs to meet their responsibility to affirmatively further fair housing under the federal Fair Housing Act of 1968.

The collaboration is seeking consultant help for this analysis through a Request for Proposal (RFP), which is available on DSHA's website at www.destatehousing.com and the State of Delaware Bid Solicitation Directory at www.bids.delaware.gov. The deadline for proposals is 4:00 p.m., local time, on November 5, 2018.
