The scope of work entails a thorough review of City historical documents; a review of municipal ordinances; a review of demographics. Proposer must establish a methodology for study, make recommendations pursuant to findings, recommend strategies for conservation areas and historic properties not recognized by current land use policies. Finally, proposer must prepare the revised/updated Comprehensive Plan with action plans for implementation.
