The City of Hutto (City) is engaging a CONSULTANT to prepare a local comprehensive plan consistent with standards, procedures and best management practices in Texas. The project planning area will encompass the existing Hutto city limits and extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ) as identified by the City.
