Town of Palm Beach ("Town") is soliciting proposals for Professional Consultant Services for Code Reform from qualified and experienced professional firms ("Proposer"), readily available to provide the services outlined in this solicitation, in accordance with rules and regulations related to the Planning and Zoning Code Reform.

If you are not registered through the website you are required to do so (at NO charge).

Submission requirements: In order to be considered responsive, Proposers should submit their proposals online through Town's eProcurement platform and as well as mail five (5) paper copies to the following address: 951 Okeechobee Road, Suite D, West Palm Beach, FL 33401, and marked "RFQ No. 2022-10 Planning Services for Code Reform for Town of Palm Beach". Due date and time for submitting both online and for the Town to receive paper copies is February 10, 2022 @ 2:00PM. Any proposal received after 2:00 p.m. of February 10, 2022 whether by mail or otherwise, will not be considered and will be returned unopened. Proposers are responsible for insuring that their proposal is received in the Purchasing Office by the deadline indicated.

A virtual non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on January 20, 2022 at 10:00 AM, through the "Go-To-Meeting" platform. Please refer to Negometrix for on-line meeting access instructions. Attendance is strongly encouraged as this will be the only forum to seek clarification from Town staff

The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals and to waive any technicalities or irregularities therein. The Town further reserves the right to award the contract to that proposer whose proposal best complies with the RFQ specifications. No proposer may withdraw their proposals for a period of one hundred and eighty (180) days from the date set for the opening thereof.
