The City of Culver City is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQual) from qualified transportation consultant firms who can provide on-call general consultant services and technical expertise in transportation planning and its related fields.

The City of Culver City intends to obtain the services of a qualified firm to provide the services as outlined below. Best industry practices and/or best management practices may require additional services not explicitly enumerated. The proposer should identify any additional services required, price them, and explain them in their response.

This solicitation seeks qualifications from interested respondents with the appropriate experience, reputation, staff, financial responsibility, and capability to provide the services requested in one or more of the following categories:

1. Transit Planning Consulting Services
2. Transportation and Mobility Planning Services
3. Transportation Facility Design and Fleet Electrification Planning Services
4. Transportation Infrastructure Design and Planning Services
5. Public Solicitation and Grant Writing Services
6. Project Public Engagement Services
