The Town of Belmont, Massachusetts is a Boston area inner core community of 27,000 residents, know as the "Town of Homes". Belmont has not adopted an implemented a comprehensive plan since 1963 and is excited to undertake a citizen-centered planning process to chart a course for the community's future. We are seeking an exceptional consulting team to guide and facilitate the planning process.

The consultant will prepare a new Comprehensive Plan that will provide a vision, goals, policies, and actions to guide the Town's evolution for the next 15 years. The Comprehensive Plan should reference and incorporate prior plans and studies as applicable as the Town undertook a significant number of specific planning projects that are still highly relevant to existing challenges and opportunities. Consultants will work with Town staff and other designated entities in completing the project.

Proposals will be accepted until September 26, 2024.
