Our Tribal Economic Development Corporation has been awarded an EPA Grant for a biomass facility in the Central Valley of CA.

We are required to complete a CEQA/NEPA a San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District operating permit for this facility. We are seeking a consulting firm for this process.
