The City of Shawnee is soliciting proposals to develop its next Five-Year Consolidated Plan for the City of Shawnee for HUD Program Years 2025-2029, which includes the requirement of completing an analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing. The time period for the next Consolidated Plan is July 1, 2025 – June 30, 2029.

The Community Development Department is requesting proposals from qualified firms/teams/individuals with demonstrated experience developing Consolidated Plans or similar documents in compliance with all associated federal laws and regulatory requirements.

The City intends to submit the next Consolidated Plan to the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Oklahoma City Field Office for approval.
