The Association of Central Oklahoma Governments (ACOG), the federally designated Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) for the Central Oklahoma region, is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced firms to prepare the Central Oklahoma 2050 Long-Range Metropolitan Transportation Plan (MTP).

The awarded firm(s) will assemble and collaborate with a stakeholder advisory group to develop plan goals and objectives, conduct robust public engagement and communications, collect and analyze current socioeconomic and transportation conditions, evaluate social and environmental impacts across the region, produce construction and maintenance cost estimates for existing and planned transportation facilities, review and update the ACOG regional travel demand model, and conduct scenario planning to estimate future cost and land use outcomes for the Central Oklahoma region.

All proposals must be emailed to ACOG before the final closing date and time of 4:00 P.M CDT, Tuesday, April 15, 2025. Proposals submitted after the time set for receipt of proposals will not be considered. An electronic copy of the response shall arrive no later than the closing date and time by email to: transportation@acogok.org.
