Greater Capitol Heights Improvement Corporation (GCHIC) invites your team to submit a proposal for a dynamic consulting opportunity to help shape a comprehensive small-area plan for the Capitol Heights–Addison Road Metro (CHARM) Regional Activity Center in Prince George's County, MD.

Our Transportation Infrastructure & Economic Development (TIED) Plan will lay the groundwork for infrastructure connectivity, economic revitalization, and community-centered TOD in one of the region's most strategically located but chronically underserved areas.

We encourage proposals from firms with demonstrated experience in:

• Equitable revitalization of urbanized communities
• GIS and multimodal infrastructure planning
• Small-area planning and economic modeling
• Minority- or women-owned business leadership
