Gunnison County seeks a consultant team to prepare a Comprehensive Corridor Plan and Land Use Resolution amendments for the Gunnison–Mt. Crested Butte/Highway 135 corridor, integrating land use, transportation, utilities, housing, recreation, schools, and environmental protection into a unified long-term vision.
