The City of Weldon Spring, Missouri is soliciting proposals from qualified professional planning firms to update its Comprehensive Plan or develop a new City Master Plan pursuant to Chapter 89 RSMo.

 This long-range planning effort will guide land use, infrastructure investment, municipal services, and preservation of community character over the next 10–20 years. Firms with experience in data-driven analysis, meaningful public engagement, and implementable planning strategies are encouraged to apply.
