The City of Highland Park, IL is conducting a request for qualifications from firms with extensive experience planning with similarly sized jurisdictions. The ultimate goal is to create an updated Comprehensive (Master) Plan ("The Update") for the City that captures its vision for land and economic development that incorporates the arts and sustainability to enhance its quality of life and vibrancy. This Comprehensive Plan Update should provide a community-based vision for the City along with policy action steps to realize that vision.
