The City of St. Louis Planning & Urban Design Agency is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to co-create actionable, visionary neighborhood plans for Plan Area VII – Benton Park West, Dutchtown, Gravois Park, Marine Villa, Mount Pleasant neighborhoods, to provide language access services and multilingual community engagement support, and to provide to design and coordinate a community-centered Pop-Up Demonstration Activation Program that supports the City’s ongoing neighborhood planning process.
