City of Louisville

Louisville, CO

The City of Louisville, Colorado invites qualified teams to submit proposals to comprehensively update its development regulations, including Titles 16 and 17 and applicable portions of Title 15 of the Louisville Municipal Code, as well as the City's four adopted development-related design standards and guidelines. The project is anticipated to take about two years and has a budget of approximately $1 million. For more information visit the City of Louisville's RFP page at: https://www.louisvilleco.gov/doing-business/bidding-opportunities-requests-for-proposals
