City of West Hollywood Transit Services Study

City of West Hollywood

West Hollywood, CA

The City of West Hollywood is preparing to undertake a comprehensive look at how the City's transit programs are working today, and how they should evolve to meet the community's needs in the years ahead.

The City is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced consulting firms to conduct a comprehensive transit services study for all City‑operated and City‑supported transit services, including the Cityline fixed-route service (Local and Commuter), Cityline Dial-A-Ride Flex/TLC, The PickUp weekend/evening fixed-route service, and On-Call Transportation Program. This evaluation will provide the City with a cohesive, data‑driven implementation plan for enhancing transit service quality, performance, regional connectivity, equity, sustainability, and customer experience. The selected consultant must demonstrate expertise in:

  • Transit service analysis and planning
  • Microtransit and demand‑responsive transportation
  • Fixed‑route evaluation
  • Multimodal integration
  • Performance and operational analytics
  • Community/stakeholder engagement
  • Regional transit coordination
  • Mobility innovation planning

The WeHo Transit Services Study will examine how the City’s transit network can best serve current and future mobility needs while advancing the City’s transit-related plans/initiatives, equity priorities, nightlife mobility objectives, and regional mode‑shift goals.
