The City of West Chicago is seeking qualifications from experienced, multidisciplinary consultant teams to prepare a Concept Plan for the West Washington Street Site, an approximately 14-acre City-owned property adjacent to Downtown Main Street.

This planning effort represents a unique opportunity to help shape the long-term vision for one of the City's most significant redevelopment sites. The selected consultant will work with City staff, elected officials, stakeholders, and the community to develop an implementable strategy that guides future public and private investment.

The RFQ has been posted and is available for your review and consideration. Statements of Qualifications are due Friday, August 28, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. (CDT).
