Boyne City, Michigan a quality, full-service, northwestern Michigan waterfront community of 3,800 year round, with large seasonal peaks, seeks experienced person to lead successful two person department in the provision of planning, zoning and code enforcement services to the city and adjacent township(s) through the development, administration and enforcement of long range plans, zoning ordinances and related items.

Candidate should be self starting problem solver with excellent public relations, communication and computer skills. AICP certification and GIS experience a plus. Current employee retiring after 21 years.

Comprehensive wage (DOQ- $78,000 currently) and benefit package.
