The City of Eureka Development Services Department is seeking a qualified individual to join the team who is interested in working with a primary emphasis on current and advanced planning and related issues. Duties include assisting property owners and other departments with development projects; analyzing and applying State/City land use laws; serving as project manager for planning projects; facilitating processes associated with development review; supervising assigned staff; and acting as a Committee/Commission secretary.

Minimum requirements include a related 4-year degree and five (5) years of professional planning experience, including two (2) years of supervisory experience.
