Responsible for reviewing land development proposals for compliance with Land Use Codes.

Duties include reviewing site plans; plats and land use/building permit applications.

Must be a quick learner with excellent written/oral communication skills. Must be team oriented and committed to providing great customer service to the public.

Qualified candidate will possess a degree in urban or regional planning, or related field, with 1 yr relevant experience.
