PLANNING & ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR:

Full-time, salaried position with excellent benefits.

This individual will develop, direct, administer and coordinate all planning and economic development activities for the Town. Responsibilities include supervision of the Planning Department, review of all development projects submitted to the Planning Board for approval, serve as the Town's Administrative Officer, preparation and administration of federal and state grants, prepare amendments to the land development ordinances and regulations, provision of technical assistance to the Town Council, Planning Board, Zoning Board, Economic Development Commission, and the general public.

Requires a Master's degree in urban planning or related field and 2 yrs. of professional planning experience. Membership in the American Institute of Certified Planners is preferred.

Salary is $100,000 - $120,000 DOQ.
