As an Assoc - Planning Services Coordinator, you will be the back up to the liaison for the volunteer boards to include the Planning Commission and Board of Adjustment. In this position, you will be tasked with drafting hearing agendas, meeting minutes and combining staff reports. You will review residential site plans, septic applications, agricultural exemptions, temporary uses, and daycare applications. This position requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Full Salary Range: $40,550.00 - $58,940.00 Annually

Hiring Range: $44,775.00 - $49,500.00 Annually

Planning Services Coordinator

Full Salary Range: $49,690.00 - $72,040.00 Annually

Hiring Range: $54,800.00 - $59,000.00 Annually

This position has an anticipated work schedule of Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm, subject to change.
