The City of North Port is seeking an Impact Fee Administrator.

The position administers and coordinates the City's impact fee program in accordance with City Ordinances and state law. This position performs a wide variety of tasks associated with the accurate assessment, collection, processing, and reporting of impact fees. The position also administers the City's concurrency management system and oversees the development agreement process. Work is performed under the direction of the Planning and Zoning Manager.
