The City of Harrisburg, SD, is seeking a Community Development Director to oversee Planning, Zoning, Building Services, and Code Enforcement.

Reporting to the Deputy City Administrator, this newly created Department Head role will guide the community's extensive growth demands through strategic planning, development review, building permitting and inspection, housing needs, code enforcement and economic initiatives.
