JOB DESCRIPTION

The Planning Manager performs administrative and supervisory duties in directing current and long-range planning activities within the Department of Planning & Development Services. This role ensures compliance with county regulations, oversees technical planning work, and provides leadership to professional planning staff and technicians.

Experience Qualifications

• 5 years Progressively responsible experience in planning, community development, or a related field
• 2 years Experience in team management, supervision, or departmental leadership
• Demonstrated experience coaching staff, resolving personnel matters, and managing internal operations
