Food Systems

This guide from the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission provides local governments with tools and resources to conduct local food systems planning. It lists and illustrates with case studies a variety of programs and policies local governments can implement to support five food-systems planning goals: inform decision making processes, encourage sustainable food production, improve healthy food access, support local food economies, and minimize or reuse food waste.
