The city code's animal chapter includes a section on miniature potbellied pigs (§14-10). The code defines miniature potbellied pigs and allows the keeping of 1 spayed or neutered animal at any one location.  Owners must obtain a numbered permit with $25 annual license fee and their animals must display a collar tag with permit number.
