Food Systems | Urban Agriculture

This report provides an overview of urban agriculture and resources and practices in parts of North America. It gives attention to exploring resources with the potential to encourage and support urban agriculture in Missouri’s metropolitan areas. Different chapters of this report address urban agriculture, city ordinances and zoning regulations, access to water and capital, brownfields and contaminated soil, food policy councils, food access, and local food system infrastructure.
