The city’s comprehensive plan includes an infill and redevelopment element. This element includes eight design principles for context-sensitive infill in seven character areas and illustrates these principles through descriptions of demonstration projects. The remainder of the element describes twenty-four strategies for supporting context-sensitive infill and redevelopment.
