The city’s unified development code establishes residential infill as a distinct development option (§3.4). This option authorizes higher densities and a greater mix of uses than would otherwise be permitted in exchange for context-sensitive site and building design features. Standards address eligible locations, minimum lot size, maximum building height, allowed housing types, gross acreage, minimum setbacks, off-street parking requirements, and building standards.
