This city’s unified development code includes special development standards for infill subdivisions (§10.4091 et seq.). It bases design requirements on a survey of the design features of existing residences. These requirements address height, orientation, exterior materials, square footage requirements, front porches, overhangs, fireplaces, and chimneys. Applicants must submit a public participation plan that demonstrates how they will engage proximate property owners (§10.4092–4095).
