Accessory Dwelling Units

This model ordinance provides a template for cities and counties in Oregon to help them update their zoning regulations for accessory dwelling units (ADUs). Provisions address use permissions, floor area, other development standards, and definitions. Commentary addresses number of units, siting standards, design standards, parking, owner occupancy, public utitlies, and system development charges.
