Integrated Water Resource Managment

California’s greywater code is found in Chapter 15 of the California Plumbing Code (CPC). This regulation provides information on water conservation through alternate water sources for non-potable applications and greywater reuse practices. It aims to conserve water by facilitating greywater use, reduce the number of non-compliant greywater systems, provide guidance, and provide an alternative that would relieve stress on private sewage disposal systems.
